The audiovisual materials contain 35mm slides depicting church buildings and members of COGIC. Audio and video recordings of God Speaks Outreach Ministry broadcasts, sermons, conferences, and COGIC events involving Bishop Dell are also in this series.

This series contains materials related to organizations Grace Towns Hamilton was a member of or worked with during her life. It consists of correspondence, meeting notes, programs, reports, resumes, and committee work. A large portion of the materials relate to her time as a Board of Trustees member for both Atlanta University and Meharry Medical College. It contains additional organizations such as Atlanta Urban League, and the Southern Regional Council.
